Alright. Let’s go all the way this year!
I got all Pa’s big tools moved in and mostly set up (I’m sure I’ll spend most of this winter organizing and reorganizing everything, I’m O.C.D. like that).
A special thanks to my dad, popsky55 for helping me pick up and move them.
I’ve still got work to do though.
I’ll need to rebuild the cart/table for the jointer before I can try it, I’ll need to get new/more sand paper for the sander, and I’ll have to go through all the random saw blades to figure out which goes to which (and there’s a lot). Plus plenty more.
Mostly though I’m excited about that lathe.
I’ll need to tinker with it a bunch before I know exactly how it works, but once I do……
Oh man, I’m gonna make all kinds of things, I’m not even sure where to start.
I’ve heard good things about this game, but I never thought I’d find the time to play it.
Little did I know they make it for mobile.
I’m pretty sure I won’t like that it is touch screen (not like anything could be done about that), but I do like the idea of a story set in “the walking dead” world that doesn’t involve Rick Grimes and crew.
(I bet I don’t like it as much as the books, but still way more than the show)
Porter asked if I would take him to school on my motorcycle.
And mom said yes.
So hell yeah I can take you to school on the bike little buddy, no problem.
Almost done with the painting.
Just gotta paint the back side of the panels and the lose boards and maybe next spring, or later this fall if I’m feeling real motivated I’ll get it install and be all done.
My old, beat down, half burnt, worn out, dirty, shitty Iraq boots.
I can’t seem to bring myself to get rid of them.
So, at work I like to keep a bag (or two) of “fun sized” candy to randomly hand out.
That’s normal right?
The Star Wars………..
Well, it’s real different than what the movie is. That’s for sure.
Gram and grandad’s antique cigarette lighter.
Now in the possession of aunt Veronica.
Hopefully someday I’ll get to add it to my collection.
