I was talking to my sister-in-law earlier and she mentioned my brother wanted Count Chocula for dinner.
So I had to break the news they only sell it around Halloween (as far as I can tell).
BUT last October I bought a couple extra boxes. So I cracked one open and gave some to little brother.
Going on a trip tomorrow and I didn’t think listening to Stephen King’s The Waste Lands was appropriate for Porter.
So we picked up The Hobbit, 101 Dalmatians, and the one I’m most excited about, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
Oddly enough as we stopped at the library Porter went to looked at some books and as I was finding The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe he came up to me with a copy of it telling me he’s seen the movie.
If I was the type to believe in signs and shit I would guess I’m suppose to be buying an old Chevy.
Cause I saw this sweet ‘69 earlier. Decent body. Bucket seats. Four speed.
To bad it’s only two wheel drive (and the color is terrible).
I had never seen The Silence of the Lambs before, so I watched it last night.
Charlie and soniaincognito both said it’s good and it was, I guess. I don’t know. Jodie Foster is like my female Tom Hanks.
That probably doesn’t make sense.
Let me explain.
Tom Hanks is (probably) a good actor. People like him. He gets awards. I personal have zero interest in the rolls he chooses, so I don’t care for him as actor. I feel the same way about Jodie Foster, except she also kind of annoys me a little bit.
Maybe it’s the old pyro in me, but I think strike anywhere stick matches are just great.
I mean, just really fantastic.
Seeing where it all started with the first Reacher book.
And since the library I stopped at didn’t have the second one, I went with the third one.
Packing for an up coming trip and I noticed my wardrobe consists almost entirely of teefury.com (and Dodger) T shirts.
And that bothers me not at all.
Porter isn’t feeling to hot (and I’m a little hungover) this morning.
So we’re just gonna hang out and watch Batman the animated series this afternoon.
